We use only high-quality products. You can check the materials of each lingerie piece and leather accessory on its product page.
How will my package look like?
We understand this is a private kind of purchase. Your order will be packaged in an outer box. Inside you'll find our branded box with your products.
How do I know my size?
You can find our size charts for each product on its product page. Alternatively, we can assist you with this via email care@dvntlingerie.com.
SHIPPING
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 10 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after 24 hours upon receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship internationally from Ukraine (Kyiv) to all countries in Europe, America, Asia and Africa, except Russia and Belarus. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order weight and do not include any fees, taxes or VAT. Packages received by international customers at delivery may be subject to import fees, customs office collected taxes or VAT etc.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
What if my order is delayed?
While delays are rare, they can happen due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there’s an unexpected delay and keep you updated.
Are there any additional fees for international orders?
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or VAT, which are determined by your country’s customs regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We, as a company, do not collect any taxes, customs duties or VAT and we do not apply any processing or transactional fees.
CREATING AN ORDER
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to modify or cancel your order, including changes to the shipping address, item color, or size. After 24 hours, orders move into processing and cannot be changed.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Once you have added the products to your cart, you can proceed to Checkout and easily paste the code to the “Gift card or discount code” field. Then, click the Apply button to redeem your discount.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email us at care@dvntlingerie.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The items you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will review your request and respond with detailed return instructions, including the return address and any additional steps if needed.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
- Lingerie, swimwear, stockings, gloves (including bras, panties, and lingerie sets) for hygiene reasons
- Latex items
- Bodysuits (*exchange only)
- Leather products (including collars and corsets) (*exchange only)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Who covers the return shipping cost?
All shipping costs are covered by the sender (customer). All customs fees and duties are covered by the sender (customer).
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at care@dvntlingerie.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
What is the European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period?
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
