What kind of products do you use?
We use only high-quality products. You can check the materials of each lingerie piece and leather accessory on its product page.
How will my package look like?
We understand this is a private kind of purchase. Your order will be packaged in an outer box. Inside you'll find our branded box with your products.
How do I know my size?
You can find our size charts for each product on its product page. Alternatively, we can assist you with this via email DVNT.lingerie@gmail.com.
SHIPPING
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 10 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship to all countries in Europe, America, Asia, and Africa, except Russia and Belarus. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
What if my order is delayed?
While delays are rare, they can happen due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there’s an unexpected delay and keep you updated.
Are there any additional fees for international orders?
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, depending on your country’s customs regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
CREATING AN ORDER
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to modify or cancel your order, including changes to the shipping address, item color, or size. After 24 hours, orders move into processing and cannot be changed.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Once you have added the products to your cart, you can proceed to Checkout and easily paste the code to the “Gift card or discount code” field. Then, click the Apply button to redeem your discount.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email us at DVNT.lingerie@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The items you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will review your request and respond with detailed return instructions, including the return address and any additional steps if needed.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
- Lingerie, swimwear, stockings, gloves (including bras, panties, and lingerie sets) for hygiene reasons
- Latex items
- Bodysuits (exchange only)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Who covers the return shipping cost?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at DVNT.lingerie@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
What is the European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period?
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
