ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 10 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to all countries in Europe, America, Asia, and Africa, except Russia and Belarus.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order weight. 

Estimated delivery time: approximately 3 weeks (may vary based on the destination country).

Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

SHIPPING COST

The total delivery cost will be displayed at checkout. It varies based on the shipping destination, ensuring that you have a full understanding of the charges before completing your purchase. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping confirmation, contact us at DVNT.lingerie@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate it as fast humanly possible.

DVNT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to make any changes to your order, including updating the shipping address, selecting a different color or size, or adding more items. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. This timeframe allows us to process and fulfill orders efficiently while still giving you the flexibility to make changes if needed. After 24 hours, your order moves into processing and shipping preparation, making it difficult to cancel. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are determined by your country’s customs regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
